How does the accumulative discount system work?
After registration, you automatically receive a 5% discount on all purchases. The system then accumulates the total amount of your purchases: when reaching 3000 UAH, the discount increases to 7%, at 5000 UAH — to 9%, and at 10000 UAH — to 12%. The discount is automatically applied to all subsequent orders.
Can multiple discounts be combined?
Promo code discounts and accumulative discounts are not combined. Individual customer discounts do not apply to products with promotional (crossed-out) prices. In any case, you get the best available price.
How to add pet information to receive gifts?
After registration, log in to your personal account and fill in information about your pet: name and date of birth. On your pet's birthday, we will send a nice surprise to your email and messengers.
How to get a discount for military personnel?
To receive a 12% discount for military personnel, you need to indicate this in the order comment or register in advance. To confirm your status, you need to send a photo/screenshot of your military ID to the manager via Telegram or Viber.
Do discounts apply to all products?
Discounts apply to the entire range of HOME FOOD products, except for products with promotional (crossed-out) prices. Discount terms apply only to orders placed through the shopping cart on the online store website.
