This agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement, is made between the online shop with the address homefood.ua, hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store" or the "Site", and the user of the online shop services hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", and defines the terms of purchasing goods through the Site.
1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1 This Agreement is entered between the Buyer and the online shop the moment the order is placed. The agreement regulates the use of resources, services, features of the Site, an online shop provided by the site for receiving, posting information and placing orders.
1.2 The visitor who has registered and authorized using the unique personal data becomes a Site user.
1.3 The customer can be any natural or legal person who is able to accept and pay for the ordered goods in the manner and on the terms specified in this Agreement, on the territory of Ukraine.
1.4. The online-shop reserves the right to change this Agreement.
1.5. This Agreement shall be treated as published on the Site and shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
2. Product information
2.1 The goods are presented on the website through photographs, which are the property of the Online Shop.
2.2 Each photo is accompanied by textual information: the product code, price and product description.
2.3 Upon the Buyer's request, the online shop manager shall provide (by phone or email) other information that is necessary and sufficient, in the Buyer's view, to decide to purchase the product.
2.4 The price of goods indicated on the website can be changed unilaterally by the online shop.
2.5 In the event of changing the price of the goods ordered by the Buyer, the online shop manager shall inform the Buyer (by phone) at the first opportunity to confirm or cancel the order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this order shall be deemed cancelled.
3. Purchasing procedure
3.1 The Buyer may place orders for any product presented on the Website. The Buyer may order each product in any quantity. The Buyer can place an order in the following ways: by phone, emailing or independently on the Site.
3.2 After the order is placed, an email shall be sent to the Buyer to confirm the acceptance of the order, indicating the names of the selected goods and the total amount of the order. If necessary, the online shop manager shall contact the Buyer (by phone or email) to confirm the order.
3.3 If, for any reason, the online-shop manager cannot contact you within 24 hours, the order shall be cancelled.
3.4 If it is impossible to deliver the product on the day and time specified by the customer, the online shop manager shall notify the Buyer (by phone or email).
3.5 If the product is out of stock, the online shop manager shall notify the Buyer (by phone or email).
3.6 In the case of the lack of goods, the Buyer has the right to replace it with another product or cancel the order.
3.7 The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before they are dispatched to the Buyer by notifying the online shop in advance (by phone or email).
4. Delivery and acceptance of goods
4.1 Delivery of the goods ordered at the online shop, in the agreed amount and range, shall be made by delivery service on the territory of Ukraine.
4.2 The possibility of delivering the goods to other regions of Ukraine (periods, costs, etc.) is stipulated individually in each case.
4.3 The costs of delivery of goods in Ukraine shall be paid by the Seller or by the Buyer, depending on the conditions of the order described in the Payment and Shipping as well as in the product's card.
4.4 The dispatch and delivery of the ordered goods shall be made within the period agreed with the Buyer.
4.5 The acceptance of the goods by the Buyer shall be the payment for the goods (payment of the total amount of the order and the delivery costs of the goods to the Buyer).
5. Payment for goods
5.1 The payment methods are listed on the website in the Payment and Shipping section.
5.2 In the case of cash payment, the Buyer pays for the product by handing the money to the online shop representative, who delivers the goods on the way.
5.3 With non-cash payment, the customer makes a one hundred per cent prepayment for the product by the money transfer to the account of the webshop.
5.4. The product is paid only in Hryvnias (The national currency of Ukraine).
6. Refusal of goods
6.1 The buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods upon receipt.
7. Use of cookies

8.1 The online shop reserves the right to expand and reduce the range on the Site, to regulate access to purchase any goods and to stop or discontinue the sale of any goods.
