Exchange and Return Conditions
The return period for products of proper quality is 14 days from the date of purchase, if the product does not meet the specifications or has defects.
The product must be in original packaging with preserved seals and labels, without signs of use.
Refunds are made in the same way as payment was made, within 3-5 business days.
Products of improper quality can be returned at any time during the warranty period.

Send the Product by Mail
Send the product by mail to the address provided by the manager. Shipping costs for returning products of improper quality are compensated by us.
