Prazistan Plus is a combined anthelmintic drug, which includes pyrantel pamoate, praziquantel and fenbendazole. It has a wide spectrum of anthelmintic action on all phases of development of round and tapeworms, giardia, hookworms and all protozoan helminths that parasitize dogs and puppies.
COMPOSITION
1 tablet (0.8 g) contains:
- active substances: fenbendazole (200 mg), pyrantel pamoate (144 mg) and praziquantel (50 mg);
- excipients: cheese flavoring, fillers.
INDICATION
Deworming of dogs with round (nematodes) and tapeworm (cestodes) helminths, as well as giardia, hookworms and all the simplest helminths.
Application. Tablets are placed orally on the root of the tongue before feeding or in crushed form once with food, without observing a fasting diet.
Prophylactic deworming is carried out quarterly (4 times a year), as well as 12-14 days before vaccination. In case of severe infestation, deworming is recommended to be repeated after 10 days.
Dosage: 1 tablet per weight from 5 to 10 kg (per weight up to 2 kg – ¼ tablets, per weight 2-5 kg – ½ tablets).
The tablet has a score line, thanks to which it is easily divided. And the aroma of cheese improves the eating of the drug.
DISCLAIMER
- Apply to puppies over 3 weeks of age.
- The use of sick and weak dogs is prohibited.
- Do not apply to females in the first half of pregnancy and within two weeks after childbirth.
- Do not use simultaneously with piperazine and drugs that inhibit cholinesterase.
Shelf life: 2 years.
