How does it work?
What is AUTO-ORDER from HOME FOOD?
This is a convenient service that will help you receive products for your pet weekly, monthly, or on any other convenient schedule.
Add everything you need — food, favorite treats, beneficial phytomins or topping — and specify the delivery frequency.
On our end, we control the shipping date, payment, product availability, and additionally provide a 12% discount on each order.
How to set up Auto-order for pet products?
In the product card, click the "Auto-order" button, add everything you want to receive regularly, specify the frequency and start date.
When everything is ready — click "Confirm subscription".
How to know that Auto-order is confirmed?
Our manager will call you after registration and confirm that the selected products will arrive automatically.
If you want to make changes or add details — the manager will enter this into the system and record it.
Will you remind us before shipping?
3 days before shipping, we will send a message via Viber/Telegram and email with a list of products and a payment link.
If payment is not made — we will remind you again 2 days before shipping.
If payment is still not completed, we will send an email that the subscription has been temporarily suspended and shipping canceled.
What is the payment and delivery process?
Payment is made online after confirmation — we send a payment link 3 days before shipping.
The service is available with 100% payment, for one order before shipping.
Automatic withdrawal of funds does not occur.
After payment, the order is sent to you.
If payment is not made — we will remind you again 2 days before shipping.
If payment is still not completed, we will send an email that the subscription has been temporarily suspended and shipping canceled.
What to do if you need to pause Auto-order?
If you are going on a trip or temporarily do not need delivery, it is enough to not make payment.
In this case, the subscription will be paused, and shipping canceled.
You can activate it again when convenient.
Why is Auto-order for pet products beneficial?

We will also check if there are any promotions on these products and provide the lowest price available during this period.
How the discount works with Auto-order:
• Product without discount → 12% discount
• Product with discount up to 12% → 12% discount
• Product with discount more than 12% → promotional discount applies
