Ceva FELIWAY Friends is a pheromone diffuser designed to reduce tension and conflict between cats living together. The product helps support calmer relationships between cats and promotes a more harmonious atmosphere in the home.

FELIWAY Friends reproduces the natural reassuring pheromone signals released by a mother cat while nursing her kittens. These signals help kittens feel safe, develop social bonds, and remain calmer around one another. A synthetic analogue of this pheromone helps reduce social tension between adult cats living in the same household.

The diffuser distributes pheromone signals evenly throughout the room and works continuously. The product has no noticeable scent for people and does not affect dogs.

Directions for use:

• remove the cap from the refill bottle
• screw the bottle securely into the diffuser
• plug the device vertically into a properly functioning electrical socket
• leave the diffuser switched on continuously, 24 hours a day
• replace the refill approximately every 30 days

Place the diffuser in the room where the cats spend most of their time or where conflicts occur most frequently. If the cats mainly stay in different rooms or on different floors of the house, several diffusers may be required.

Many owners notice the first positive changes during the first week. For proper assessment of the results, continuous use of FELIWAY Friends for at least one month is recommended.

For ongoing support of harmonious relationships between cats, the product may be used continuously over an extended period.

Correct diffuser placement:

• leave at least 1.2 m of free space above the device
• do not install the diffuser beneath shelves, tables, or wall-mounted furniture
• do not place it behind doors, curtains, or furniture

• do not install it near ventilation openings, air conditioners, or strong draughts
• do not switch the device off at night

The diffuser may become slightly warm during use. This is a normal feature of the device and is required for the even evaporation of the product.

• each cat should have separate access to food, water, a litter tray, a resting place, and a scratching post
• insufficient resources and competition between cats may maintain tension even while the diffuser is being used
• do not punish cats for conflict-related behaviour, as this may increase stress

FELIWAY Friends does not replace gradual introductions, proper environmental arrangement, or an adequate number of resources. Each cat should have its own food and water bowls, litter tray, scratching post, resting place, and safe escape routes.

If conflicts are frequent, intense, result in injury, or do not improve, consult a veterinarian or qualified animal behaviour specialist.
