Ceva FELIWAY Classic is a diffuser containing a synthetic analogue of the natural feline facial pheromone, developed to support a cat’s emotional comfort at home. It helps cats feel calmer and more secure in familiar surroundings and adapt more easily to changes.

When a cat feels safe, it leaves natural signals on objects by rubbing them with its face. FELIWAY Classic reproduces a similar reassuring message and distributes it evenly throughout the room. The pheromone is species-specific: it is perceived by cats, has no noticeable scent for people, and does not affect dogs.

The diffuser works continuously, helping create a comfortable home environment and reduce stress-related behaviour.

Directions for use:

• remove the cap from the refill bottle
• screw the bottle into the diffuser
• plug the device vertically into a properly functioning electrical socket
• leave the diffuser switched on continuously, 24 hours a day
• replace the refill after approximately 30 days of use

Place the diffuser in the room where the cat spends most of its time or where urine marking, scratching, or hiding most frequently occurs.

Positive behavioural changes may be noticeable in some cats during the first week. For proper assessment, continuous use for at least one month is recommended.

Before an expected stressful event, such as moving, renovation, or the arrival of a new pet, plug in the diffuser 2–3 days in advance.

Correct diffuser placement:

• leave at least 1.2 m of free space above the device
• do not install it beneath shelves, tables, or wall-mounted furniture
• do not place it behind doors, curtains, or furniture
• do not plug it into an extension lead, multi-socket adapter, or power adapter
• do not install it near air conditioners, ventilation openings, or strong draughts
• do not place it directly beside a window that is constantly open

The diffuser may become slightly warm during use. This is a normal feature required for the even evaporation of the product.

Important information:

• do not switch the diffuser off at night, as cats are often active during this time

FELIWAY Classic does not replace proper living conditions, an adequate number of litter trays, scratching posts, food and water bowls, or safe resting places. If a cat’s behaviour changes suddenly, appetite decreases, excessive grooming occurs, or the cat urinates outside the litter tray, consult a veterinarian to rule out medical conditions.

Storage conditions:
store the refill in its original packaging in a dry place out of reach of children and pets. Use only in a properly functioning electrical socket of the appropriate standard.
