Drops for external use for the prevention and treatment of infection of dogs with ectoparasites: fleas, ixodid ticks, mosquitoes, mosquitoes, flies.

Composition
100 ml of the drug contain active ingredients: imidacloprid – 10.0 g, permethrin – 50.0 g.
Application
- Prevention and treatment of dogs with ticks (Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus, Dermacentor spp.), fleas (Ctenocephalides spp.), lice (Trichodectes canis), hair eaters. Repelling mosquitoes, gnats and flies from dogs.
- One-time treatment protects animals from fleas and ticks for 4 weeks.
- The drug can also be used to treat allergic flea dermatitis.
Dosage
The minimum recommended dose of the drug is 10 mg of imidacloprid and 50 mg of permethrin per 1 kg of body weight. According to the animal's body weight, it is recommended to use appropriate pipettes of the drug:
- for dogs weighing up to 4 kg: volume 0.4 ml; Imidacloprid (mg/kg body weight) minimum 10; Permethrin (mg/kg body weight) minimum 50.
- for dogs from 4 kg to 10 kg: volume 1.0 ml; Imidacloprid (mg/kg of body weight) 10–25; Permethrin (mg/kg body weight) 50–125.
- for dogs from 10 kg to 25 kg: volume 2.5 ml; Imidacloprid (mg/kg of body weight) 10–25; Permethrin (mg/kg body weight) 50–125.
- for dogs over 25 kg: volume 4.0 ml; Imidacloprid (mg/kg of body weight) 10–16; Permethrin (mg/kg body weight) 50–80.
One-time treatment protects animals from tick damage for 4 weeks.
Re-invasion by fleas from the outside environment is possible after 6 weeks, so it is recommended to constantly treat the places where animals stay.
One-time treatment protects animals from mosquitoes, gnats and flies for 4 weeks, which reduces the risk of transmissible diseases.
The drug remains effective when the animal's fur is wet, however, depending on the presence of fleas in the external environment, additional treatment is allowed. In such cases, the drug can be used no more than once a week.
Dogs can be bathed with shampoo before treatment with Advantix® or 2 weeks after treatment.
Method of application
Remove the pipette from the packaging, in a vertical position, remove the cap, turn it over and put it on the pipette, thus removing the foil.
During processing, animals must be in a standing position.
- Dogs up to 10 kg:
- Part the wool between the shoulder blades so that the skin is visible. The drug is applied to intact skin. Place the narrow end of the dropper on the skin, squeeze the dropper firmly several times, and apply the entire contents directly to the skin.
- Dogs over 10 kg:
- The drug is applied to 3-4 points along the spine, starting between the shoulder blades and ending at the root of the tail. With each application, you need to unfold the wool in such a way that the skin is visible. The drug is applied to intact skin. Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and gently squeeze the pipette and apply the contents of the pipette evenly along the spine. When applying the drug to the skin, avoid getting the drug in one place and do not allow the animal to lick the applied product.
Contraindications
- Do not use in puppies under 7 weeks of age.
- Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity information on the components of the drug
- Do not use in cats.
