Antiparasitic tablets Brovanol plus N10 (praziquantel + ivermectin + levamisole) - will provide high-quality treatment and prevention of diseases caused by the presence of skin parasites. Effective for fleas, ticks, ixod and scabies mites, nematode larvae, etc. Application is possible only after the animal reaches 6 months of age. The drug is not suitable for collie, sheltie, and bobtail dogs.

Pharmacological properties

shows the combined pharmacological properties of three components, which provides a wide range of action against ecto- and endoparasites, namely:

• praziquantel in cestodes and trematodes inhibits muscle innervation and disrupts the membrane permeability functions of cells, which causes their death;
• ivermectin in nematodes, arachnids, insects and mosquito larvae strengthens the connection of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) with special receptors on the nerve endings of the parasite, thereby blocking the innervation of the parasite, causing his paralysis and death;
• levamisole inhibits the enzyme of the main metabolism of fumarate reductase, blocks the formation of ATP, disrupts the metabolism of carbohydrates, paralyzes nerve nodes, which causes paralysis and death of nematodes in the first 12-24 hours after administration.

Indication

Treatment and prevention of diseases caused by fleas, lice, scabies and ixodid mites; larvae and adult nematodes, cestodes and some trematodes, namely: hookworm (the causative agent of Ancylostoma caninum), dipylidiosis (Dipylidium caninum), diphyllobothriasis (Diphyllobothrium latum, D. minus), toxocarosis (Tohosaga canis, T. cati), toxascaridosis (Toxascaris leonina ), trichocephalosis (Trichoceptalus vulpis ma T. nutpia), taenia (Taenia hydatigena, T. multiceps), uncinariasis (Uncinaria stenocephala), opisthorchosis (Opisthorchis tenuicolis, O. viverrini, O. sinensis), paragonimosis (Paragonimus westermani), mesocestoidosis ( Mesocestoides linattus, M. litteratus, M. corti, M. petrovi), heartworm (Dirofilaria immitis, D. renens), echinococcus (Echinococcus granulosus ma E. multilocularis) (only sexually mature forms) and some other dog parasites.

Composition

active substances in 1 tablet:

• praziquantel - 50 mg;
• levamisole hydrochloride - 38 mg;
• ivermectin - 2 mg;
• tablet forming excipients.

Doses and method of use

 Give only as prescribed by a doctor, do not exceed the dosage!

Adult dogs - 1 tablet for every 10 kg of animal weight. Tablets are crushed and mixed with a third of the fodder mass of the morning ration. For young animals under 1.5 years of age, the specified dose is divided into two parts and fed at daily intervals. In the presence of demodicosis, Brovanol-plus is prescribed again in 10-12 days. At the same time, drugs are used for symptomatic therapy.
If the animals do not have skin parasites, then Brovanol should be used for preventive deworming.
