VetLine shampoo destroys fleas and ticks, as well as their larvae. Provides gentle care and cleaning of animal fur. It is especially recommended for use before wearing a collar against parasites and before treating your pet with drops.

Application:

Prevention and treatment of cats and dogs with ectoparasitic diseases caused by ticks (Ixodidae), fleas (Stenocephalides) and lice.

Dosage:

Outside. A small amount of shampoo is applied to the animal's wet fur (at the rate of 0.5-1 ml per 1 kg of body weight), distributing it over the entire surface of the body, rubbing it lightly into the skin, leaving it on for up to 5 minutes and rinsing well with warm water. Repeated processing is carried out according to indications.

1 ml of the drug contains:

• active substance propoxur - 1.5 mg;
• excipients: Dalmatian chamomile extract, a solution of a mixture of surfactants.

Ticks that have died after processing are removed mechanically.

Storage:

In the original packaging, in a place inaccessible to children and animals at a temperature not higher than 25 °C.

Store separately from food and feed.

Expiry period - 5 years. The date of manufacture is indicated on the package.

Pharmacological properties:

The active substance of the drug acts on ectoparasites as a contact poison, causing a toxic accumulation of acetylcholine neurohormones on cholinergic nerve endings, resulting in the death of ectoparasites (fleas, ticks, lice, etc.) . Shampoo belongs to low-toxic drugs for mammals.

Contraindications:

• Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug.
• Do not use in kittens and puppies under 3 months of age.
• Do not apply to sick and weakened animals, animals with skin damage.
• Do not apply to productive animals.
• Do not use in females during lactation and in the last months of pregnancy.

Attention!

1. When treating with the drug, avoid getting the drug into the eyes and nose of the animal!
2. Animal housing, bedding, rugs and other animal care products must be periodically treated with appropriate insecticides.
3. Animals living together are recommended to be treated at the same time. Treatment of animals should be carried out in the air or in well-ventilated rooms.
4. Use rubber gloves when working with shampoo.
5. After working with the drug, hands are thoroughly washed, and the room in which the animals were treated is well ventilated.
6. People with increased sensitivity to propoxur should avoid contact with the drug.
