SUPERIUM Spray Against Fleas, Ticks, Mosquitoes and Horseflies for Cats and Dogs

SUPERIUM Spray is a contact insecticidal and acaricidal treatment designed to protect cats, dogs, and ornamental rodents from ectoparasites and biting insects. The product helps eliminate fleas, ticks, lice, and chewing lice while also repelling mosquitoes, gnats, sand flies, flies, and horseflies.

The spray is suitable for both treatment and prevention of parasite infestations and may also be used as part of flea allergy dermatitis management.

It begins working immediately after application, and the treatment process takes only a few minutes.

Composition:
1 ml contains:
fipronil — 3.0 mg
pyriproxyfen — 2.0 mg

Excipients: copovidone, isopropanol, distilled water.

Pharmacological properties:
fipronil disrupts nerve impulse transmission in parasites, leading to paralysis and death. The substance accumulates in hair follicles and sebaceous glands, providing long-lasting protection.

Pyriproxyfen disrupts parasite development at egg and larval stages, preventing further reproduction.

Indications:
treatment and prevention of infestations caused by:

• fleas
• lice and chewing lice
• ixodid and other ticks
• mosquitoes, sand flies, horseflies, gnats, and flies

Suitable for cats, dogs, and ornamental rodents from 3 months of age.

Directions for use:
apply outdoors or in a well-ventilated area while wearing gloves.

Spray against the direction of hair growth from a distance of 10–20 cm, lightly moistening the coat down to the skin. For long-haired animals, brush the coat to improve penetration.

For facial treatment, spray onto a gloved hand and gently rub into the coat.

Allow the coat to dry naturally after application. Do not use towels and prevent the animal from licking the product until fully dry.

Duration of protection:

• against ticks in dogs — up to 30 days
• against ticks in cats — up to 21 days
• against insects in dogs — up to 2 months
• against insects in cats — up to 1.5 months

Repeat treatment if necessary, but not more than once per month.

Contraindications:

• hypersensitivity to components
• pregnant or lactating animals
• sick or weakened animals
• animals under 3 months of age

Warnings:
avoid inhaling the product. Do not allow children to contact the animal until the coat is fully dry.

Do not bathe the animal or allow swimming in open water for 2 days after treatment.

The product is toxic to fish and bees.

Storage conditions:
store in a dry place protected from sunlight at temperatures from +5 °C to +30 °C.

Shelf life: 2 years.
