Pharmacological properties:

• The tool has a pronounced insecto-acaricidal activity against the larval and sexually mature phases of parasite development.
• What is included in the composition of the drug Afoxolaner is an insectocaricide of the isoxazoline group. Afoxolaner blocks the GABA-dependent receptors of arthropods, and also creates hyperexcitation of neurons, disruption of the transmission of nerve impulses, which leads to paralysis and death of parasites.
• Effective 30 minutes after application.
• One ​​dose of the drug guarantees the destruction of fleas within 6 hours, ticks within 48 hours.
• Prevents re-infection for a month.

Method of application:

• NexGard is usually well eaten by dogs. If this does not happen, the product is fed together with food. It is necessary to re-treat every month during the season of parasite activity. The dog can be bathed and shampooed immediately after using the drug. This does not affect the effectiveness of the protection.
