Composition
Each tablet contains:
- Amoxicillin (as amoxicillin trihydrate) — 200 mg
- Clavulanic acid (as potassium salt) — 50 mg
- Brown iron oxide (E172) — 0.475 mg
Pharmaceutical form
Beige tablets with a score line that can be divided into two equal parts.
Indications for use
Treatment or adjunctive treatment of periodontal infections in dogs caused by bacteria susceptible to amoxicillin in combination with clavulanic acid (Pasteurella spp, Streptococcus spp, Escherichia coli).
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to penicillins, other beta-lactams or excipients.
- Do not administer to rodents (guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, chinchillas), horses or ruminants.
- Do not use in severe renal dysfunction with anuria or oliguria.
- Do not use in cases of known resistance to the combination of amoxicillin + clavulanic acid.
Adverse reactions
In very rare cases, vomiting, diarrhoea, or hypersensitivity reactions (rash, anaphylaxis) may occur. In such cases, discontinue treatment and consult a veterinarian.

Dosage and administration
For oral administration. The recommended dose is 10 mg amoxicillin + 2.5 mg clavulanic acid per kg of body weight, twice daily:

In cases of severe periodontal infections, the dose may be doubled.
Treatment duration — 7 days.
Precautions for use
- Determine the animal's body weight as accurately as possible to ensure correct dosing.
- Do not use for infections susceptible to narrow-spectrum penicillins or amoxicillin alone.
Precautions for people handling the product
- Do not handle the product if you are allergic to penicillins.
- If rash, swelling or breathing difficulties occur, seek medical attention immediately.
- Wash hands with soap after handling tablets.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Safety during pregnancy and lactation has not been established. Use only after benefit/risk assessment by a veterinarian.
Interaction with other medicinal products
- Bacteriostatic substances (macrolides, tetracyclines, sulphonamides) may reduce the effectiveness of amoxicillin.
- Cross-allergy with other penicillins is possible.
Overdose
When administered at three times the recommended dose for 28 days, diarrhoea was observed in dogs. In the event of an overdose — provide symptomatic treatment.
Storage conditions
- Do not store above 25°C.
- Use within 16 hours after opening the blister.
- Store halved tablets in the blister.
- Keep out of reach of children.
