Composition
Each tablet contains:
- Amoxicillin (as amoxicillin trihydrate) — 50 mg
- Clavulanic acid (as potassium salt) — 12.5 mg
- Brown iron oxide (E172) — 0.12 mg
Pharmaceutical form
Beige scored tablets that can be divided into two equal parts.
Indications for use
For dogs — treatment or adjunctive treatment of periodontal infections caused by bacteria susceptible to amoxicillin combined with clavulanic acid (Pasteurella spp, Streptococcus spp, Escherichia coli).
For cats — treatment of skin infections (including wounds and abscesses) caused by susceptible bacteria (Pasteurella spp, Staphylococcus spp, Streptococcus spp, Escherichia coli).
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to penicillins, other β-lactams or excipients.
- Do not use in rodents (guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, chinchillas), horses or ruminants.
- Do not use in cases of severe renal dysfunction (anuria or oliguria).
- Do not use in cases of known resistance to the combination of amoxicillin + clavulanic acid.
Adverse reactions
Very rarely, vomiting, diarrhea, or hypersensitivity reactions (rash, anaphylaxis) may occur. If symptoms appear, discontinue treatment and consult a veterinarian.

Dosage and administration
For oral administration. The recommended dose is 10 mg amoxicillin + 2.5 mg clavulanic acid per kg body weight twice daily:

In cases of severe infections, the dose may be doubled.
Duration of treatment:
- Dogs: 7 days for periodontal infections.
- Cats: 7–14 days for skin infections. Treatment may be extended if necessary at the discretion of the veterinarian.
Special precautions for use
- Overdose: in cats — decreased cholesterol levels, vomiting; in dogs — diarrhea. Symptomatic treatment is recommended.
- It is advised to determine the animal's body weight as accurately as possible to ensure correct dosing.
- Do not use for infections susceptible to narrow-spectrum penicillins or amoxicillin alone.
Precautions for the person administering the product
- Do not handle if allergic to penicillins or cephalosporins.
- If a rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulty occurs — seek medical attention.
- Wash hands thoroughly after handling tablets.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Safety during pregnancy and lactation has not been established. Use only after a benefit/risk assessment by a veterinarian.
Interactions with other medicinal products
- Bacteriostatic agents may reduce the efficacy of amoxicillin.
- Potential cross-allergy with other penicillins should be considered.
- Penicillins may enhance the effect of aminoglycosides.
Storage conditions
- Do not store above 25°C.
- Use within 16 hours after opening the blister.
- Store halved tablets in the blister pack.
- Keep out of reach of children.

Aluminium blister packs containing 10 tablets. Available in packs of 10, 100, 250 or 500 tablets (not all pack sizes may be marketed).
