Hide the tail — this is a special initiative from HOME FOOD, the purpose of which — help as many tails as possible find their dream family. In cooperation with shelters-partners of Ukraine, we will give everyone who adopts a dog or a cat, starter kits with delicious food from HOME FOOD. After all, every furry, regardless of its breed and characteristics, deserves love and care!

On the websites of these organizations there is a list of all tails that are currently looking for a family. If you are adopting an animal for the first time, the shelter managers will give you many useful recommendations on the preparation, maintenance and feeding of pets. HOME FOOD helps animals in these shelters with food. You too can join the initiative! Add to your order on the website A portion of cat food or for a dog in a shelter. This is a healthy and tasty diet for one pet per day. If you wish, you can add several Portions to the basket to help more tails.
We report on the amount of assistance during the project:
November 2023: collected 537 portions for cats and 325 portions for dogs. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 140 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
December 2023: collected 586 portions for cats and 278 portions for dogs. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 120 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
January 2024: collected 933 portions for cats and 550 portions for dogs. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 200 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
February 2024: collected 546 portions for cats and 306 portions for dogs. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 120 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
March 2024: 564 portions for cats and 341 portions for dogs were collected. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 120 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
April 2024: 508 portions for cats and 322 portions for dogs were collected. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 120 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
May 2024: 423 portions for cats and 324 portions for dogs were collected. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 120 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
June 2024: collected 579 portions for cats and 350 portions for dogs. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 140 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
July 2024: 657 portions for cats and 311 portions for dogs were collected. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 140 kg of delicious food to partner shelters.
August 2024: 652 portions for cats and 426 portions for dogs were collected. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 140 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
September 2024: 589 meals for cats and 288 meals for dogs were collected. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 120 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
October 2024: 942 portions for cats and 441 portions for dogs were collected. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 150 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
November 2024: 857 meals for cats and 321 meals for dogs were collected. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 140 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
December 2024: 1063 portions for cats and 550 portions for dogs were collected. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 170 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
January 2025: 870 meals for cats and 406 meals for dogs were collected. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 130 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
February 2025: collected 796 portions for cats and 488 portions for dogs. We summed up these portions together with our help and sent 140 kg of delicious feed to partner shelters.
